‘Who am I?’ – The answer to this question seems to be constantly changing, depending on your relationships, what you achieve, your successes and failures, and on your condition of health and wellbeing. This is known as the human ‘sense of struggle’, a fundamental insecurity that enslaves us somehow to our circumstances and what other people think of us.
This blog proposes that it is a lack of understanding and knowing the SOUL which puts you into an ever restless and at times despairing imbalance. Not knowing the Soul produces an inauthentic life and a constant sense of struggle with oneself, with others, and with our circumstances. Understanding our primary account-ability to the objective reality of the Soul engages us with the Art of Living as an innate expression of true wellbeing, harmony, happiness and creativity.
